You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for:

• All content you upload, create, or share through the Service
• The accuracy and completeness of your resume and professional information
• Any employment decisions made by third parties based on your resume
• Backing up your data and content
• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations

3. NO LIABILITY

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, METRICWEAVE DISCLAIMS ALL LIABILITY FOR ANY DAMAGES, LOSSES, OR INJURIES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

We shall not be liable for:

• Lost job opportunities or employment-related decisions
• Data loss, corruption, or unauthorized access to your account
• Service interruptions, downtime, or technical issues
• Inaccurate information or formatting errors in generated content
• Third-party actions or decisions based on your resume
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Any damages exceeding the amount you paid for the Service in the last 12 months

4. USER ACCOUNTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and truthful information
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Regular backups of your content and data

5. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree NOT to:

• Upload false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt the Service
• Use the Service for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose
• Share your account with others
• Upload malicious code or viruses

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

You retain ownership of content you create. However, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

All Service-related intellectual property, including software, templates, and designs, remains our property.

7. PAYMENT AND SUBSCRIPTIONS

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance. All fees are non-refundable unless required by law. We may change pricing with 30 days notice. Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination.

8. SERVICE MODIFICATIONS

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO MODIFY, SUSPEND, OR DISCONTINUE THE SERVICE AT ANY TIME WITHOUT NOTICE OR LIABILITY.

We may update features, change functionality, or terminate services without prior notice. We are not liable for any modifications or discontinuation of services.

9. TERMINATION

We may terminate your account immediately for any violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your access rights cease immediately.

10. INDEMNIFICATION

YOU AGREE TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS METRICWEAVE FROM ANY CLAIMS, DAMAGES, OR EXPENSES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR VIOLATION OF THESE TERMS.

11. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive your right to a jury trial and class action lawsuits.

12. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

13. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

14. CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.
